Haylett flys on A31

Ex VCM stalwart Mark Haylett ripped up the A31 on saturday, resplendent in full Team Specialized regalia (just as in Majorca) to post a very respectable 22:41 in the Hounslow and District Whs 10. Local Champ Richard Prebble returned 21:19, while ex Eelmore regular James Boyman of AgiskoViner.com showed his promise with a winning 20:31

Also riding was VCM's new recruit, the legend John Woodburn. John, still waiting for someone to give him a VCM skinsuit, rode in neutral Assos Yellow, but was far from anonymous in the results. Posting a fine 23:13, John romped home the winner on standard, meaning John was the fastest Vet in the event.




But Mark had no chance of beating this bloke ..
