Every Tuesday evening - high intensity hilly chaingangs to get you ready for the season ahead.
Meet 19.15 at the Rose and Thistle Pub Frimley green.
It's a hilly circuit
3 or 4 laps depending on the excitement.
Ride together on the flats and rip to sheds the climbs.
We always regroup on the busy roads and at the top.
Try it even Ben came across last year!!!
