With the shocking state of our local roads and at least one member attempting to sue the council, fixmystreet.com may come in useful. This allows you to easily report potholes/road damage, complete with measurements, pictures etc. This gives the council the problem and encourages them to fix things since there is then a public record of the evidence. There is also apparently an app for the iPhone which allows you to post a picture with your report and automatically records the location through the phone's GPS system.

VCM RACE PROMOTIONS 2012
The club will be promoting and assisting at an expanded schedule of road races in 2012 including:
LVRC Herriard Road Races
Pedal Heaven Eelmore Series
Surrey League
Club Runs - also see rides on main site
The Wednesday morning ride leaves Pedal Heaven on Fleet High Street at 9.00. This is a training ride for keen riders wanting to do between 2.5 and 4 hours and goes in all weathers.
On Sundays outside the racing season there is usually a fast training ride leaving from Pedal Heaven, again at 9am sharp.
There is also a short informal ride on Saturday mornings at 9:30 from Seale Tea Rooms and other ad hoc rides depending on the weather.
