VCM RACE PROMOTIONS 2012
The club will be promoting and assisting at an expanded schedule of road races in 2012 including:
LVRC Herriard Road Races
Pedal Heaven Eelmore Series
Surrey League
Club Runs - also see rides on main site
The Wednesday morning ride leaves Pedal Heaven on Fleet High Street at 9.00. This is a training ride for keen riders wanting to do between 2.5 and 4 hours and goes in all weathers.
On Sundays outside the racing season there is usually a fast training ride leaving from Pedal Heaven, again at 9am sharp.
There is also a short informal ride on Saturday mornings at 9:30 from Seale Tea Rooms and other ad hoc rides depending on the weather.

We had it all in 2002 as well. I had a video-camera strapped to my shoulder, but I can't get the film converted.........no-one wants to know!
I remember a car coming past and the driver said " You're doing 40mph"
Ah well, I expect things have improved since then.

Excellent stuff, thoroughly entertaining. If only I was strong enough to join in. Unfortunately I think I'd be like your comment at the start only I wouldn't get back on ;-)
